Although the administrators and moderators of Backsliderz will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Backsliderz, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of Backsliderz reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Violation of these rules will result in warnings, temporary and possibly permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation. The following rules are subject to change at any time, per our discretion. Claiming ignorance of these rules is not a valid excuse to avoid penalty for violation. Here are the rules in greater detail.

1. Personal Information: Sharing the full names, address and/or telephone numbers of any member of this site is prohibited.

2. Private Messages: PM's are considered private. Don't be an ass and post a private message that someone sent you on this site in a public forum.

3. Forums: You must post your threads in the correct section. Mistakes are understandable, but posting threads in the incorrect sections over and over will not be tolerated. We are all adults and the sections are clearly marked.

4. Spam: If you want to advertise on this site, do it respectfully and contact the Webmaster. We reserve the right to edit any advertising links placed in members signatures per our discretion.

5. Flooding: Flooding will not be tolerated. If your intention is to disrupt the forum you will be banned. There are no second chances on this one.

6. Attachments: Do not post anything containing malicious code. Any media displaying bestiality or child pornography will not be tolerated and your local law enforcement will be contacted.

7. Flaming: At this time there is no flame section on Backsliderz. Keep your smart ass remarks to a dull roar. If the moderators feel you are getting out hand you will be warned and posts may be deleted.

8. Personal Photos: Reposting members personal pictures in attempt to humiliate them is uncool, doing this will get you a warning.

9. Copyright Laws: If you are posting music or images that are subject to copyright laws your images will be removed. Try your hardest to give credit where credit is due, for example if you found a photo of something cool on another website post a link to the website where you found the photo. We wouldn't want people stealing our stuff now, would we.

10. Comments in a negative way regarding members children or a member's parenting skills will not be tolerated. First offense, a Warning will be issued, second offense, a Ban

11. Having more than one account is not allowed. Original account will stay, all others will be deleted. Registering over and over under multiple accounts, Ban.

12. The purpose of this site is just to kick back and communicate with your friends. If you are here to cause trouble or to be a miserable prick then don't bother because we won't tolerate people who are just here to disrupt our forum.
